We categorize cards as Standard (typical bank-issued credit cards) and Premium (rewards or signature cards like Chase Sapphire or Amex Platinum).
Card payments settle in 2 business days (e.g., Monday transactions settle Wednesday). ACH standard funding settles in 4 business days; fast funding settles in 2 business days. Payout schedules are subject to change based on merchant underwriting, risk, and transaction limits.
Our ACH transactions have a maximum fee of $10.30 or $13.00 depending on your funding schedule. This means transactions over $1,000 will not incur a fee higher than that cap.
Surcharging allows you to add a fee (up to 3.00%) to credit card transactions to cover processing costs. It's only applicable to credit cards — not debit or ACH — and the maximum fee may change based on card network rules.
